yes...i think the staff mace is everyone...monks can't use two handed weapons, but its not two handed equipped...and all other classes can use staff...

Nnnope, monks can't use a staff-mace. It doesn't matter what it *becomes*.. otherwise, druids couldn't use it. What matters is its initial state, a staff, which monks can't use. Apparently they're not even allowed to pick one up.. but I always thought of a quarterstaff as a monklike weapon. What was I thinking.

What about the weapons from the Enchanted Weapon spell?

And the Rod of Terror?
