The "idle Hands" are a bunch of youngsters who ask you to buy them swords and beer. Neeber is a guy who follows your party and asks annoying questions. If you listen to him long enough you get some XP and some Bullets.

+ The Tanner/Skinner quest is: Solve the Skinner murders->the Tanner is the killer and flees->you meet him later in Trademeet->you meet his contact in the Umar Hills and he makes you a nice (human) leather armour.
+ The Dragonslayer is obtained during Samia's quest not looted from Firkraag himself
+ the SirSarles quest holds some extras when going hunting for the real Ilithium. Firstly the real stuff can be used to upgrade MoD+1 and second you can bring Neb's head to the authorities.

I'm just about to start my new game (NRP again - perseverance is my middle name :D ) so I can give you a few numbers. But if you ask the guys here I'm sure you can get most of the numbers much faster than waiting for me to finish the game. ;)
