Well so casting spells on dragon while he is not hostile isnt sissy ?
My suggestion is the fastest and thats only fastest, I play on insane most the time and do beat dragons without the *sissy* way |
Sorcerer:casts Time Stop
Sorcerer:casts Improved Alacrity Sorcerer:casts Project Image Sorcerer:casts every spell from Spell Book Dragon:dead Sorcere gained 64k XP |
(puts on goofy accent)
I've found an even easier way to beat dragons like Firkraag, and it removes none of the difficulty or quality of the game. Basically, go into the character file of BGII with ShadowKeeper, and edit Firkraag's maximum health points to 1, give yourself carsomyr +5, and make everyone 20 levels more than what they are now. Then, laugh as you slaughter Firkraag like a kobold. [ 08-15-2003, 04:54 PM: Message edited by: The Offspring of Viconia and Edwin ] |
errr...then how about ctrl Y them?
|
yes but you won't get the XP that way...
that makes me think... why don't Ctrl+Y him and then CLUA yourself 100000XP This certainly is the fastest and most rewarding way to kill him. As for legitimate ways the fastest are of course several Lower MR plus Greater Malison plus instant death/1HP spell (Quivering Palm, Harm, Finger of Death,...) |

into ToB, I'd like to take dragons out asap, since they'll heal themselves quickly (especially that Abazigal) and my party spends lots of time lying on the ground unconscious~~ ADHW is another great spell to follow up draining their MR. |
What exactly are their natural resistances?
Not sure if this would work, but if it higher than 40, then use the spell magic resistance (the that sets MR to 40 even if it has to lower it, if you can) then lower resistance. That'd set it lower than 25. But it all hinges on whether or not the Magic Resistance works on enemies. |
Spook.

I've got an idea! Just use shadowkeeper to edit yourself to level 50 with Imoen's belt and the killsword!!! It's going to be so fun!!! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...ons/icon15.gif
Did I mention I hate cheese? |
