I've never played BG1, but if I remember right, you don't exceed 10th level do you?


What does this affect in your question? Im a bit confused. It doesn't matter what level u r when using weapons. BTW, the max level in unpatched BG1 is 7-9. at least, im pretty sure.

oh yeah, im finally back!! i havent been on the forum for a quite a while. Nice to be back!

Actually it does, in the first game of the BG series, not being able to progress past level 9, you're not likely to get a weapon like Staff of the Magi or Crom Faeyr.
