The mace of disruption can be found in Bodhi's lair in the blood pool in chapter 3. It can be upgraded by ilithium found on the Sir Sarles quest which you get in the temple district.

where can i find Azure edge?
it wasnt in the adventurers mart when i checked...

You have to finish a quest to have the axe become available.

to get Azuredge you have to finish one of the first quests that come to your attention in chapter 2
Afterwards it can be purchased from someone who wouldn't appear as a merchant to you in the first place but as running another (legitimate) business.
