Soz, didnt read your post untill now .. PM'ed it though

I tried checking my ShadowKeeper-Affects (still bugs me... shouldn't that be Effects? ) tab Before/After receiving that reward & found these 2 lines added...
Line 1 - Type: Immunity to Weapon Name: Param 1: 1 Param 2: 0 Resource 0: Resource 1: Resource 2: Resource 3: Hell Fear Good [SPIN754] Time: 45 Flags: 0x00000009 Target: 0x0002 Line 2 - Type: Immunity to Weapon Name: Param 1: 0 Param 2: 2 Resource 0: Resource 1: Resource 2: Resource 3: Hell Fear Good [SPIN754] Time: 45 Flags: 0x00000009 Target: 0x0002 (note that the only differences are Param 1 & Param 2; ) Try adding those to your Affects tab & let me know if that works - I'd be interested to know how reliable that is if someone else wants to do the testing. Hmmm... sorry, daan, the spell seems to require an extra parameter to take effect - one that I don't know of, and thus cannot apply through the script. :(
However.... Try Imrahil suggestion. If it works, great. If it doesn't... equip item "IMMUNE2" to one of your rings slots via Shadowkeeper. That'll do for sure. Let us know. |
I'll keep editing this one to prevent further spamming
If I edit and then click it again to recheck the values a few have changed: Type: 0x00000000 Target: 0x00000002 Resource 3: Hell Fea Rest is the same .. probability I still leave on 100 |
Yes, probability should be on 100, its actually a % based effect.. when it is set to say like 50, you have 50% chance of the effect to happen IIRC.
So to constantly have the effect, probability should be 100. I'll test in on my game to, I'll keep you posted [add] Didn't work for me, all the settings are changed and he can still be hit with a plain katana and a +1 katana :( [ 04-09-2003, 08:37 AM: Message edited by: Annatar ] |
Didnt work for me either,.. though equipping that ring does
As for the ring,.. all it does is grant immunity to +1 and less weapons ? |
Quote:
IMMUNE1 grants immunity to normal weapons. IMMUNE2 grants immunity to normal and +1 weapons. IMMUNE3 grants immunity to normal, +1 and +2 weapons. IMMUNE4 grants immunity to normal, +1, +2 and +3 weapons. IMMUNE5 grants .... |
Is this something SK provides (those rings), because I can't seem to find it in IE nor in the Override map of BG II.
Where can I find it? because I would love to know how those rings work. Alson..? |
?! Are you sure you can't find them with the Infinity Explorer? They should be there. Try this: File -> Locate File By Name -> IMMUNE1.
They're quite simple... nothing fancy, just plain IMMUNE_TO_WEAPON TargetType:1(Myself) Param.1:0(Power) ... IMMUNE_TO_WEAPON TargetType:1(Myself) Param.1:1(Power) ... |
Aaah.. yes I see, IMMUNE01 didn't work but IMMUNE1 did it.. thanks.
This could be edited with IEEP wouldn't it? |
