I agree, Boo is the best NPC in the game. Minsc's battle cry Go for the eyes, Boo! Go for the eyes! LOL!

Start a game and go into the cellar.
When the others join your party, go to the inventory and put all their items into your character's inventory
DON'T LEAVE THE CELLAR
Go to the record screen, and click export - to export your character.
Quit the game
Start a new game, and in the Character Generation screen, Import the character you just exported.
When the game starts, your character will still have all the items...
