BTW, if you have the Tactics mod installed, I think that the gnome fighter/illusionist in the Docks has one.

Actually I was not thinking of the Druid Stronghold quest. There is another location where it can be found.

There are actually atleast two other rings of protection +2 in the game. A little cheese is required but it is possible to get them, however not if your soloing.

With mad timing skills, some speed, and a darn high pick pocket skill, it is possible to get a RoP+2.

That brings the non moded in-game total to 4 RoP +2 by the end of chapter 2.

Hmmmm... nobody has guessed the location I am thinking about though. Granted... the player has to take an uncommon path, but it requires no cheese to get it.

On a side note, while I am not very familiar with Jaheira's quests( what with me killing her on sight and all), I do not seem to recall any RoP +2 from her quests.

The only ring I remember is the Ring of Wizardry.
