Fighters, Barbarians, Paladins, Rangers, Druids, Mages, and Sorcerers all get their first ToB HLA AT 3 million. That's why I said "you will start getting HLAs as soon as you exceed 2,950,000 EXP."

Actually the HLAs made me think of Diablo 2...which isn't good...but I guess they are a neccesary part of the game...

Okay, my bad. Some clarification, you start getting HLAs at a level that is 3,000,000 or more XP.

You cannot say after you exceed 2,950,000; because you have to take the multiclassed characters into account.

Bug. Monks get their first HLA at level 22( 3,150,000 XP).

on a similar note, In the description for barbarian, it says their resistences (slashing, piercing, etc.) increase at 10% at like lvl 11, then 5 at something else and another 5 later on. (I dont know, but you get the idea). This is from the SoA rulebook, which does not take into account ToB or lvl 50 ex cap remover.

Will a higher level barbarian recieve extra resistence later on, or does it stop at what the rulebook dictates for it.

Barbarian physical damage resistances cap at 20%.

If you can't wait to start it, and don't want to finish SoA, you can import your character into ToB and start from there. This isn't really any fun though. You gain a lot of cool items towards the end of SoA.
