I really like what they did with the intelligence stat in Neverwinter Nights.
Im playing as a sorceror and they get all their spells trough Charisma so I maxed that out, and did so with wisdom as well. I had 16 CON and about 10 Strenght and a decent dex as well. But intelligence...well that was put down to 8. The great thing about having less than 10 Intelligence is that your char isnt able to speak properly. Her sentences is lik: "Me beat up bad guys, you give gold" or "Me not think you good guy, me kill you"...She can have some hilarius conversations at times, I wished this was inplemented into BG2 as well, but nooo
