I always have trouble finding the elemental ones, but the 3 girdles are (I think), 1 in jonnies dungeon, 1 in circus tent (?), and last one in planer sphere (before its a strongold)

I'm pretty sure the Golden Girdle is a ToB item.

Nope, you can get it as a parting gift from three grateful solamnic knights, that is if you agree to help them. (It is part of the wizard stronghold quest, so if you haven't played a wizard yet you might have a reason for not knowing).

tack another query on the list : where is the belt of inertial barrier, and also any other really good magic resisting things
