Don't be, they got a lot further than i expected them to go. Ofc when you reach the semi's, you want more, but before the tournament i didn't even think they would make it through the groupstage, as far as i'm concerned this was a succesful campaign.

on a sidenote, screw that last game for third place. Noone cares about it, the fans, the players, the coaches, neither of them have the motivation left to play a match that nobody will remember two days after. Only first place counts, they should get rid of that silly third/fourth place match.

If there is, then 3rd and 4th place money should be summed and divided equally between the semifinalists.

It really has no point, it's not even like the olympics where you play for a medal at least.

Yeah, there are a couple of million euros involved, third place gets roughly 2 million more than fourth, but the players and coaching staff couldnt care less about that, take my word for it. Brazil may be extra motivated to wash away the 7-1 humiliation, but i wouldnt be surprised if they field their entire bench, and Holland as well.
