Did the faction piece get fixed yet? I'd like to be able to go back and kill him post quest completion so that it isn't a case of one or t'other. His gear is nice (Ung killed him just to check).
Love this quest, can we keep it - pleeeaaase...

Looks like it got fixed.

I killed the Vampire (good gear but I can't see why the armour is worth so much GP) and no-one in Waterdeep turned a hair.

Heavy armour or not, the guy is wearing a suit and cloak and has big canines.

Just make sure to keep your neck well away.

Heck, just go with a tactical nuke or five and you'll be just fine. After all, everything and everyone else on the island is dead already, aren't they?

You and your legion of kobolds. I need to start making fey'ri and shur builds. Yes, elves. A small but dedicated legion of lawful evil diabolical elven masters of the Backhand Of Doom(TM). That being said, how the heck do I go about making a proper elven build for the All Hallow's Eve quest? Archers? Longsword specialists? Wizards? Hrmmm...

To make one able to complete the quest. As you know, I am not the best at choosing the right people to do the job. Normally I send someone in and hope for the best. However, Some of those longbow hunters I have are looking for a suitable place to bury their arrowheads, and I've heard that zombies make great target practice...

I have two archers, but I do not know if either of them would be suitable for the task. I may bring in my halfling warslinger, only to send the vampire to his final rest... a few dozen times over. (I REALLY like that dagger of his.) The armor I am certain a stranger from Kara-Tur who calls himself a slayer can use. And there's never a bad time for extras if you know there's monsters which consume armor in other realms you have visited...
