Andrion is waiting on what his new owl smell can smell at the bottom of the staircase.

I'm sick with Bronchitis I think, if you need my characters to move to advance the plot, feel free to do so. *wraps up in a blanket and goes back to bed*

Andrion, Kynnen, and particularly Silt are treated to a deafening noise. Anything above, and partially inside, the fifth floor is now gone. That is to say, it lies in ruins in the courtyard. A fresh breath of wind is doubtlessly chasing down the stairs already.

Meanwhile, Morguerat and Larry managed to escape well enough ahead of time to be totally oblivious to the happenings, whilst Ana and Yevaud would see the top of the castle vanish, and hear the impact from behind the walls.

Don't let the fact that no PCs got hurt fool you into thinking this wouldn't have happened otherwise.
