I did not find anything interesting in that movie :/ made no sense to me, shut down all of England? is that even possible? anyway, I am in a sad mood right now, just found out that a friend of mines son was bitten by a Brown Recluse, and it is shutting down his kidneys, not sure how it is going for him other wise, but hope for the best

I'm sorry to hear that Stormy mystic. I hope he is alright, and gets better soon, I give him all my luck.
Someone you know got bitten by some venomous thing and here I am complaining that australia doesn't have starbucks.
</font>[/QUOTE]hey, it is ok, I did not mean to make anyone upset bye it, just needed to say something to get it of my chest.
Mack, it is a spider, amazing how something so small can be so dangerous

Nerull 05-30-2004 08:54 AM

Yep...and what makes it worse is that they are a dirt brown, so they blend in very well and are difficult to see. They are also pretty vicious (most bugs will run away when they see a human near them; brown recluse spiders and scorpions are the only two ground crawlers that I have seen that will actively go after you if you get near them). One of my friends had to go to hyperbaric treatments, because he waited on going to the hospital after getting bit and the wound wouldn't heal due to the venom.

Good morning, all. Cloudy, warm, and windy, here. Just got back from taking the big dogs on a walk, to find that thelittle one, mad, I guess, had torn up one of my books. *grumble*

Mack_Attack 05-31-2004 12:59 AM

Night nunber 3 at work and 3 more to go, how boring.

Attalus just imagine if you left the big dog home. You might have returned to a pile of rubble. ;)

I have a lot of pets. But they're all small or medium sized.
I have two dogs (ones a minature foxy the other a duchs-hound...yes that's right...a sausage dog..heheheh), two cats, two guinea pigs, one mouse and one bird.
I did have a rabbit a while ago, but it got killed by my aunts dog :(

yes we have a ferret. it is be3st to get two or more when they are young. ours is solitary and will not permit us to have anymore ferrets. oh well.

they are great and you can get away with feeding them cat food on occaision when you're broke (like we are often.)

Once, I left my shepherd at home, alone, and she ate the cover off two of the cushions of the sofa. Never again.
