I used to work E.R. every Christmas. Lots of loot, but now I have a family. ;)

Heh, my sister has to work today, too. She works at a hospital, so we told her going in sick was a bad idea. the problem is, it being Christmas, she may get fired for calling off. Oh well, hopefully she gets out early and doesnt spread the illness around. BTW, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! [img]smile.gif[/img]

we made it back safely, wish I couls say the same for some folks on the roads :( we saw one car where they had to use the jaws of life to remove the driver. saw a Jag with the rear end totaled on the way down there last night. but kids had a good time, now we have to finish it off with my family :rolleyes: who are just now wrapping their gifts, so we have not picked them up yet.

Will got up late (10:00 A.M., so we got to sleep until 9. Turkey and most sides are done, only the prime rib and Brussels sprouts Cockaigne to go, now. Whew, my back is killing me.

I hope you will be better Attalus. I am thinking what to solo through SOA/TOB. I want something powerful...

Woo, what a night last night was. My nieces and nephews sure were a handful. Mason's a little ball of fire I swear. He spent the entire time running his new to car around in a circut through the kitchen into the living room, into the kitchen, into the living room, crash. My brother and I started wrestling, he got beat of course, being so weak compared to me... Okay so he put my in a headlock and gave me a wedgie... anyway, this morning was cool. Got everything I wanted. A Nintendo DS and Call of Duty Finest Hour for my Gamecube and some new clothes. Life is good... cept for the fact we won't be visiting Grammy til tomorrow, her pipes froze up. :( Hope everyone else is enjoying their holiday!

Had a lot of fun today. My nephew was really priceless. I (17) was talking with him, my brother (16), my parents, my uncle and my grandpa. It was about chocolate. Suddenly he says like 'I read about a research on chocolate too, it's supposed to make a woman who eats it sex live a lot better' LOL he's 10 or 11 years old :D

Sex life is my guess.

Well boxing day is Birthday for my wife Carolyn. She got some books and DVD from the kids and luggage from me. The fact that the luggage contained a plane ticket and spending cash for a shopping trip down to Melbourne for the New Year sales was the best bit. She has lost so much weight recently (17kilos-3stone) that she needs a new wardrobe. So I guess me babysitting while she fly's to Australia’s best shopping areas was a just reward :D

...Well, Merry Christmas from the blue-grass ya'll.

I'm here at my mother's house in Northern KY...and jeez, it's STILL unpassable in many spots...the main highway around here looks like an arctic baja course...we got a flat yesterday, and then driving home over said road, we bent the rim on the spare :(

Got home at about four this morning, went to sleep, and had a in general lousy day...but I love my family, even if they do have trouble all the doggone time.
