Well, as I said, I don't know one. Or an anesthetist who wouldn't call and argue about it. Or a hospital that would admit a patient for it. I still remember, though, when I was chief resident, "losing" one of my interns at clinic, then finding him in the minor surgery room in his third hour of removing moles from a very nevus-oversupplied patient. I yelled at him for using so much lidocaine that it might have sent her into a seizure, lol.
