Ok, I'll try to be as specific as I can, but feel free to use as much artistic license as you like;

'Staralfur' written in a elfy script, with a natural feel and perhaps with somesort of lighting effect. Not too overblown, or big please.

Staralfur is Icelandic for Staring Elf, and is the name of a song by an Icelandic band called Sigur Ros.

So, if you can find one, a picture of an elf staring/daydreaming would be good, at night if possible. Certainly with a natural feel; trees, leaves, mountains, stars, moon that sort of thing. As I say, use as much imgination as you like, but something suitible for a wood elf. Thanks, I look forward to see the result.

The gif I was using at the HADB forum doesnt work anymore so I was looking for another.
Would you be able to do "HADB Forum" like youve done Ronn_Bmans with the blue lettering with lightning. It would go really well with the board scheme. So not pic or anything, just plain old lettering done just like Rons maybe slightly bigger if thats poss.
Just if you get any spare time ;)
