LOL!! That was pretty funny. Now the assassins are quietly killing me. *sigh*

Archon!!

Welcome to our clan. Know that we are intent upon world domination, incorrect punctuation? and abject cheesification.

Understand that your role is to clip the toenails of one Dragonmage and to trim the nose hairs of Neb. I will be happy to be rid of these duties. I'm creating a pillow from the Neb-clippings. It will be so soft.

Please don't be offended because I didn't use your last name. I couldn't spell it even if I remembered it. Instead, you should be offended because I believe that I've been overly gassy during this entire post and that is why your eyes are watering.

Until DM comes online and fries them all with her magic anyway, or Seph, Azure or Link chop them to bits.

I'm back from my Thallium stress test. I hate needles, IV's, treadmills, blood pressure cuffs, and that razor they used to remove some of my chest hair. I also hate that it was a fasting test, so I could not have my precious coffee (pronounced kaw-fee) and my ciggarette. I also hate that worried look on my girlfriend's face.

Don't ever get older.

As I reply twice in a row, I discover that perhaps HADB members are boring. I see no lively conversation in here. I was in awe of you people before. Now I feel all oogy inside.

I have to go in a moment (at least until lunch time). If Azzy or Link or Seph haven't taken any 'turns' by my lunchtime, I'll come in and continue the story. I just have to watch my 'time limit' while at work. :S

Love you guys! "I'll be back." ;)

Here I am, taking my turn!

Link and Azurian were standing outside, looking at the night sky. Stars were twinkeling in the dark above their heads, and in the faint distance one could see all sorts of colours. It was indeed a beautiful night.
"So Azurian," Link asked,"tell me the tale of your life."
As Azurian wanted to start, they both hear an eery sound, coming from the room of Breanna. They share a quick look, and then rush in the saloon, weapons drawn.
"You take the stairs!" Even though Link is not the leader of the group, Azurian follows his order, because he knows that Link's reflexes are surpassing his at the moment. Both fighters run away, into different directions. Instead of going further inside the saloon, Link runs outside again, and looks frantically for the room of Breanna. Then suddenly he makes a jump, and after soaring through the air for a couple of seconds, he lands on the roof, just in front of a window. Immediately after landing, Link jumps through the window, only finding Hiram and a dark, cloaked figure in a struggle. Breanna is sitting upstraight in bed, looking rather spooked.
"Stay there" Link snaps at Breanna, and with his sword drawn, the warrior jumps into the battle to aid Hiram.
Meanwhile, Azurian ran up the stairs, in order to get to Breanna as quick as possible. Doors to his left, doors to his right, which one is it? He hears someone screaming, and opens the door it is coming from. His eyes need time to get used to the dark, but then he sees he's taken the wrong room. Excusing himself, Azurian quickly steps out of the room, and runs ahead. More screams! Careful this time, Azurian opens the door, to see Hiram and Link fighting a dark figure, probably a dwarf, judging from his height.
"Azurian!" Breanna is still sitting in bed, but she has seen something. In the moonlight all inside the room could make up a demonic shadow climbing through the window.
"What the..." Link is stunned by surprise. A demonic shadow! What are they doing here? And what do they want with Breanna? Knowing that this battle could be hard, he quickly hits his enemy on the ground unconscious.
"Puny mortalss!" The shadow hisses angrily. "You have no idea what you're dealing with!"
"We'll see about that! Link responds, and he charges up for a fight. "Let's check your immortality, foul creature!" The warrior helps Hiram getting up, and side by side with Azurian, the three of them attack the shadow.
The shadow, knowing his three attackers could mean his downfall, quickly turns around, and slides through the open window. Hiram and Azurian stay with Breanna, but Link jumps after the shadow and pursues it.
"Come back here, you coward!" Link can see the dark shape of the shadow, disappearing in the woods 20 yards in front of him. It's still night, and the shadow is hard to see, even for him. Pursueing this creature could turn out dangerous. Link stops walking and glares around. He can sense no evil nearby, but he should be cautious. If it hadn't been for Hiram, Breanna could have been dead by now!
Turning around Link can hear a wicked laugh, echoeing through the dark night.
"Hahahaha! See you next time, Ax'zoxd!" Link stops, feeling a cold flow running through his body. Ax'zoxd! His journeys through the entire world enabled him to understand a lot of languages, even the ones spoken by the beings from the Dark World. Ax'zoxd! How could the demon have known?

Well, my Friday is almost over. I know that some people look forward to Fridays. I simply cannot understand why. They are the most stressful day of the week. All of the things that I meant to do during the other days of the week simply have to be done on Friday. There is very little relaxing to be done. I’ve made the mistake of adding a topic to my meeting notes having to do with sigs. It’s an unconscious reflex now that I have Iron Works on the brain. None of my mailroom people really know who Neb is but they are willing to learn about him if I educate them. I wanted to tell them about Sorceror Alex and how he was a force to be reckoned with before. He is now another name that I cannot pronounce (like 250). I chuckle to myself as I drive home and think about the threads that I read during the day. There are so many amusing and insightful comments packed into a single day.

As for this clan being boring. I know that I get out of it what I give. So I shall strive to donate even more of my dwarven essence to the edification and consternation of the brethren and sisteren (???) of the Clan HADB (may their posteriors never go flabby).
