All right... having finally seen this week's episode, here are the boneheads for the week.

1. Hey, the other guys are coming! Eat quick! Like it's going to make that much of a difference... or are you just that scared? Oh, I see... that scared.

2. Terry winning the immunity challenge. Why? Because if he'd lost, they would have voted him out, the idol would have saved him, and Shane would have bit the dust. It'd still be 5 on 4, but the odds of breaking it are better.

3. Let's have a little pow-wow... okay, rub their noses in it. Good way to tick them all off and then inspire them to get even with you. Has any tribe ever stuck together to the end? No. The number 5 or 6 person can always be persuaded to increase their position.

4. Oh, yeah, I was acting that I wasn't strong during the challenge. The point of playing a trick like that is to keep it to your self, amigo! Good job painting a bigger target on your back... they *know* what they'll get with Terry, and now they know that you're likely to pull a fast one. Good way to get yourself moved ahead of Terry in line.

I predict that a Kasayan will go home next week... they can boot Shane and keep the 5-3 edge. The only thing that could save Shane is that he's the person I'd want to be against in the final two...

I think Cerie likes Shane. I thought Bruce was gonna "flop" but he didn't. Poor Bruce, Exile Island twice, then a machete in the mouth. He's not having the best time of it LOL.

I didn't get Terry's motive either. It seemed the perfect time to use the idol and break the alliance. Now all that will happen is that they'll try to vote him off, he'll use the idol, then they'll vote him off the next time.

I'm thinking Terry's playing for himself, and not for the team. If he were playing for the team, he'd have made the idol move.

'Course, if... Sally hadn't been sent to Exile Island and Dan were still around, it might have been different. He might have been thinking of them as 3 and 1, and not a solid 4.

Apparently he's playing the idol big next week. Have to see... at least I'm not on the road Thursday night for a change!

Boneheads for this week...

1. Final four are Shane, Aras, Courtney, and Cirie... Do you think Shane's that stupid, Terry? He's been a paranoid psycho all along. Wanna bet he was feeding you a bum rap?

2. Let's bet $20 on it. Sure, I'll bet $20. I'm going to make tens of thousands based on my finish... what's $20? Nothing, that's right. Had you made it a big number, it might have been more plausible.

3. No, Sally. Don't argue... just use your brain for once! I don't remember Aras' exact words, but what a way to drive a spike into your tribe. Had he explained that *if* Terry had the idol, and *if* he were to give it away to the person they'd be most likely to vote out, he'd give it to Austin, and Aras would be toast. That's why Sally... because she wasn't likely to be picked, and she wouldn't be likely to have the idol.

4. I'm still playing for the team... yeah, but you're in the individual stage now, and you need to forge a new alliance, not just enhance your team. It's a game of change and adjustment, and it's time...

5. Not playing off everyone's fears. To break the alliance, to shave off #5 and #6, you're going to have to build FUD... fear, uncertainty, and doubt. Show them where they'll do better by going with you. Promising someone fifth place instead of sixth doesn't do anything... offer them third, and you're talking. Final two? Let's see.

Smart play... offering the idol to Danielle. Powerful tool to sway her... too bad it didn't work.

Looking forward to next week...

Terry is screwed since Danielle did not flop to his side. I am thinking that she will spill the beans. To the Shane team. He still is going to be good. Because he will be the last guy from his group to get voted of and then he will bring some one down. I hope it works good for him.

Oh she will so tell them all Terry has the idol now! It's not like she has a shot of getting it again now, so...

Depends on where she fits into the six. If she's one of the core four, it's to her best interest to let them know. If not, then it's in her best interest to link with the other outsider, Terry, and Sally. She flips next time with a buddy and there's suddenly a new sherrif in town... and Aras is history.

I still think Shane is a lock to the final two. Who wouldn't want to be against him? Cirie is the one to watch out for... she's skating around the drama and leaving it alone. That makes her a non-target.

All right, tonight's boneheads... they're getting slimmer as the game goes on, but they're still there.

In no particular order...

"I'll take a burger over immunity, please". Lucky for them that Aras decided to play, or else Terry and Sally could have teamed up, let Sally win, and forced one of them to be voted out... and with no burgers, fries, or cokes!

"Pick Aras... he'll eat anything and will survive out there" Hel-lo-o-o-o-o.... you're in the individual stage now! Send someone who'd freak out... like Shane! A day and a half to think about not seeing the video of his boy... that'd be rough, but it would be a better gaming move. 'Course, then we would have missed...

"I've got a problem with my @#$$%. Come take a look... you're a nurse". Okay, I don't know if this really qualifies as bone-headed or not, but it really, really drives home that Shane is from a different planet. Could be Shane's method for getting final two... but it means #2, not #1.

Showing where you keep the immunity idol. How much do you really trust anyone, and if someone steals it from you, can you still claim it was yours? I'd trust Bruce (my last player standing), but I would not trust Cirie or Danielle...


I still give Terry credit for the smarts on keeping the immunity idol. Yeah, they don't think he can win all the way through... but the fact that they're talking about it means that they're scared that he might do it. And he doesn't need to win them all... he can lose one without a problem. He just can't lose two...

I get the feeling that Shane's trying to pick a fight with Terry... the comments about "how about we just vote you out next, 'cause that's the plan" seems pretty confrontational, and Terry's not buying.

I think my wife said it best... once Terry gets voted out, if he does, the game will be a whole lot more boring. Kind of like when Rupert got the axe, or Lex... where's the fun?

An Oz-Survivor update in case no other Aussies have been posting here for fear of spoilers... we are now up to episode 4 with another 2 next week so I think not too far behind you guys now even though we started so much later.

Anyway, I'm enjoying this series! It was a good start I thought with the four groups because learning who is who was much easier. One of my pool picks is still in, Sally, and she is looking okay, quite tough and smart so hopefully her tribe will stay strong and not have to go to tribal council again until the merge! Although being the odd one out in a group of two pairs of two is actually a good place to be, alliance-wise. Probably all the US posters are laughing now because she is eliminated next week lol [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Anyway not going to post anymore here because I don't want to be spoiled. But when Sally takes it all out I will be back to claim my big old prize [img]graemlins/heee.gif[/img]
