I would really fear for Imoen under the influence of an evil PC. To such a person, Imoen would be just someone handy to "use" (if you know what I mean, and I'm sure you do). If Imoen then reveals her pregnancy the evil PC's reactions would range from booting Imoen out as an annoyance to well, modesty forbids me saying anything further.

With all the ideas you getting from yourself and others, this should really be an amazing mod. I suppose I'll have to put together a female PC just to experience the mod when it's through. The only other female PC I'd ever made was a Talosian who enjoyed making Anomen fail his test....

The fate of the child - if it is concieved partly through the prescence of the power of Bhaal in both of its' parents - could lead to some interesting conflicts at the climax of ToB.

After all, if Imoen gives up her own essence rather than hold on to it... can anyone know how that could affect what is certainly no regular child?

Besides that damned smug Solar, that is. Or perhaps not even she.

Someone (I forget who) made a comment that Jaheira was less likely to be inclined to be attracted to women because of her closeness to nature and the course that nature dictates.
Okay... well, I lived on a farm near rainforest land for much of my childhood and I find that reasoning to be flawed. Have you ever observed animals? Our ewes used to mount each other when they were horny, even when there were actually rams around. There was this particular breed of birds that the males and females looked the same during the year except during the mating season when the males got prettier. The males used to do mating dances with each other all the time. If you watch animals, you'll find a large proportion of species display bisexual behaviour. I kind of laugh when people say it's 'unnatural'. This behaviour compared to all the strange things humans do (smoking, for example) is so common and 'normal' in nature. Yet apparently humans can redefine what is natural and normal according to their personal prejudices.
I suspect Jaheira would know all this and thus be much less biased towards relationships in humans between females. I think, given this, it would be out of character for Jaheira to make any comments that would indicate she thought that there was something unnatural about two women being attracted to each other.

Anyways....

Well, well, I wondered who resuscitated my poor li'l thread. Like I told Attalus, it's the longest -running thread on ToB. I'm so proud. Actually, you make a good point about Jah, she would not be any where near as mad as if Immy was cutting in on her action with a male PC.
