update?? OK, now it seems that her brother was the thief, he broke into her house, sorry I was gone, got to go out on a Friday night woohoo :D got the virus my kids have, uggg, that does not mix, anyway, I know she does not have it, because we have called the phone and it is not there, my mom is going to give me here phone. so I will not have to buy a new one

sounds good stormy, jsut remember not to lend her the new one! she is too irresponsible.

I know, if she wants to use it, she will have to either stand on the porch, or in the house, no more taking off with it

Really personally i would just say no, surly she doesn't have a life threatening need for a phone and if she did she could get one herself, i understand you feeling guilty because of the cancer but to me it seems that she is using guilt as a methord of getting what she wants.
Any idea (roughly) of how long she has to live?
