Sorry to hear about that, LB. Be sure your mom is taking notes of these things, and confirming them with a lawyer and/or police reports. When it comes down to it, she won't want to be caught in a he said-she said moment. Having full documentation to back up your position is more than helpful.

I'd be leery of your dad, too, sorry to say. He doesn't sound completely... balanced. I might consider moving in with your bro for a bit, just to be safe.

<font color=pink>Well, I'm not at the house now. My mom said when he got home from fishing to go to my aunts-she was going to throw him out, you see, and this is why:
I called her on my way home from college to see if she could throw something in the oven for me so I could eat quick when I got home and head to my evening class and she was sounding real shakey, so I asked what had happened.
Apparently my dad is still lying to my mom. She went to his work email today and found a mail from Mel that said things like she couldnt wait to see him tomorrow and try his fish (which meant he called her yesterday on his way to the port..), and about how she didn't feel great about what was happening to our family but that if she had a chance to take him from us she would because she's "territorial" but doesn't want to fight with my mom over him or some BS like that. So my mom told me that this was the last straw, she wouldn't take him staying at the house and still see her, so she was throwing him out when he got home tonight. I didn't want to be around, so when he pulled in I snuck out the back to my car, and here I am. I did catch part of their convo before they move upstairs and it didn't sound good...basially he said there was no effing way he was just going to pack his bags and leave,and my mom retaliated with how he hadno idea how much he had crushed her and how much she hated him being around, and after that I didn't hear anything. Since she hasn't called me like she said she would...I guess he didn't leave, and I'm a little worried about it. He has to work tomorrow morning of course so I can go over then...but still *sighs* This sucks. I'm sure she's going to get a restraining order on him if she can...his problem is he's been taking testosterone supplements [img]tongue.gif[/img] and I do believe he had been drinking a little the night he shoved me out the door...whatever. 'm going to try and get to sleep now. Got school tomorrow, but just an evening class.</font>

I had my car fixed... whew. Tire rods were sure prepared to give in to the pressure and I would surely fly away into nothingness if ever.

Jen, if and when it comes to a divorce, remember these things you have posted. They could be good evidence on your mom's part. From what I know of CA law, she could really take him to the cleaners.

Well, just got back from my first true-blue college classes, this morning. Had a Math Lab, and then the Math lecture. At least they're only an hour long, that may make them bearable, even though the lecture's right after the other. Have a Geography class in a couple hours, so I'm gonna wander IW.
