<font color=skyblue>Turin
That is not all that far, but may be too much travel for the young Lord. Therlion, you are closer to the situation...Can Kalam make the journey or should we return for him after we meet this strange non-healing healer? </font> |
Salphur
The army that had arrived to accompany Salphur were all fast asleep, yet he no longer felt the need to sleep, instead he went outside and thought over that strategy that he had discussed with the luitenants. When they arrived it would be an all out charge, they did not think that it would be nesesary to use sneaky tactics...That is, unless it was night time when they arrived, for if it was night, then they would most likely block the exits and burn the town. Though it was not known exactly what they would do, as their decisions were not final. Edit: took out sig [ 12-27-2004, 08:44 AM: Message edited by: Hivetyrant ] |
<font color=silver>Therlion
His suggestion slightly biased by his own condition, Therlion answered "However weak he may be, we can not take the time to make two trips to Ardana. Going to see her now is our best chance." He started worrying about what Turin said about Ardana, that she is no healer. He wondered if she might still help him.</font> [ 12-28-2004, 01:19 PM: Message edited by: Bozos of Bones ] |
OOC: since Xen doesn't seem to care about this game Bober is dying.
Harmeth and her guards led the small group through the winding tunnels, to where those who had escaped from the town earlier were waiting for them. As they got there Roland noticed that Bober was missing. Running back in the tunnel he saw the way was blocked. It seemed that Bober had been buried under several tonnes of earth and rocks. The structure of the tunnel must have been shaken due to that first intentional cave in. |
For Salphur:
The army sets out on the one day journey to the town. You can do whatever you want during the journey, you are going to arrive when the game time gets there for the group fleeing the town. |
For Janni:
You follow the trail until daybreak, but you still don't manage to catch up to your target. You have the choice of continuing on, or camping. |
<font color=darkgrey> Janni
"I'm tired...We must rest, but if we do, that gives our mark long enough to escape. That is, of course, unless he isn't moving either. Fine, We camp. </font> |
Salphur
Salphur was traveling ahead of the army, keeping a lookout for others that may try to prevent them reaching the town, though he knew not many people would be stupid enough to take on an army. The army was moving in two groups, this would allow them to surround their target when they arrived, although he knew nothing of the town, he was sure it would not be small. Once he had decided that the coast was clear, he headed back towards the others and allowed them to stop temporarily for rest and food, though he warned them to hurry, as time was of the essence. For Janni:
You camp and the night passes calmly. As dawn breaks you set out again to follow the trail. |
For Roland, Robyn, Hurlon, Skye's two inactive characters and everyone else in their group:
After you mourn the death of Bober you set out to meet the previous escapees from the town. After four hours march you reach the small fort in the nearby forest, built in between two cliff walls, so that there is only one way to access the fort. Harmeth and Robyn meet them there. Robyn's leg is in bandages. <font color=yellow>"I have sprained the ankle. It is extremely painful, but I was told that I could use it."</font> Harmeth then stepped forward and looked over the few survivors. <font color=violet>"So few of you have survived. So few. We have less than two days before the orcs find your trails and reach here. I need your help in reinforcing the defenses of the fort"</font> OOC: Feel free to do whatever you want in the fort. It is a stonewalled fort, with huge reserves in some caves behind it. Imagine Helm's Deep and then make it much smaller. Total garrison is about 250. There are places in the walls where stones have fallen out and clearly the fort has not been used for a long time. [ 01-03-2005, 07:10 AM: Message edited by: dplax ] |
