Good morning all. My bosses have me completely reworking a Motion. It was due yesterday. I gave them my draft 2 weeks ago and they told me there would be little changes. Day before it was due, they started turning its guts inside and out. :( :( I hate it when they do that.

And, forgive me for being a stickler, but now we're filing it late. Sure, plaintiff agreed to let us. But, I prefer to not ask favors of the other side. :( :(

And... my computer died again. :(

Uncle hit us hard this April, CPU gone - looks like it's going on a trip to Sony's San Diego base, and work is.... well, work [img]graemlins/whipitgood.gif[/img] As a side note, you know things are rough when your bosses tell you to go home and get some sleep. :( Plus, there's one other looming problem in my life right now.. But, it's one of those "I'll never tell anyone if I can help it" sort of problems. :(
