Milk-shakes, baby!!
Throw a banana and some chocolate milk into a blender with some vanilla ice cream and/or milk...and add an egg if you want to. That makes for a powerful good jump start. You can also have strawberry, blueberry and other fruits of your choice, but I would not recommend the chocolote with them...just the banana.
Other than that, I cannot think of anything that would be as filling and carry as many nutrients...unless you bought like a carnation instant breakfast or those other breakfast shakes...

Sending Isabeau ahead to greet her, Larry heads toward Kaz.</font>
