<font color="dodgerblue">Te'Oma watched Keal enter the building with relative ease. Just as he is about to follow, he felt the same feeling which he felt not a minute ago. Weaker this time, but coming from alot closer to him. The force. Turning, he comes face to face with a human who he remembered some guards calling Eceil.

"I don't like blasters, much" he said. "I don't expect people to stand still - As long as they don't expect me too either" he added. Giving a slight smile he offered a nod and continued. "My name is Te'Oma. I recognise you from the task force we both seem to have been roped into. Have you had any luck with those survivors?"</font>

<font color=white> "No, not yet at least."
It was a clammy, cold anxiety that griped him now. Eceill could tell that the creature had sensed his powers in the force. Whether or not the Nautolan had probed deeper into his head, though, was beyond his guess. He knew now that he should of just stayed away from the sensitive until he had drunk his senses back into submission.

<font color="dodgerblue">Te'Oma couldn't read minds, although it was one of his great ambitions to master the skill, but he could read emotions. Everybody has natural reactions. Whether they're concious ones or not. And Te'Oma, using the sensitive olfactory receptors in his head tentecles, was highly skilled in doing so.

"You don't trust me, do you human?" he said. "I don't know what I've done to deserve it, but I can assure you that your mis-trust is mis-placed. You've nothing to fear from me."</font>

Keal 04-06-2005 05:41 PM

<font color=red>Thank you sir, I'll definatly talk to him, and if I find out who bombed your tower, I'll be sure to tell you," Keal says as he walks out the door and sends out the info on his datapad and checks up on it,"Hmph, no real information so far, except about watch for Senator Rask Fel'ya. I should head back to the hideout and see what rest and information I can get there." The young Jedi thinks to himself. He exits the building and notices a recognizable Jedi,Te'oma, but ignores him and heads back to the HQ.

<font color=white> Upon hearing the creatures words Eceil’s withered face takes a startled look. This is only for a second, though, and after staring at the creature for a moment his battered features return to their dull gaze. Slowly he rubs his eye sockets, as if suddenly awakening from some long dream.
“Your good with the force, I’ll give you that, but you really aren’t that smart. Here’s a word of advice for you, Nautolan. People don’t like you telling them what their feelings are, and they sure as hell won’t trust someone who’s prying into their heads. So do yourself a favor and keep out of my mind, if you can help yourself, and I won’t go fishing around in yours. I promise."

OOC: I'll stick with Bakilas, and also, I've gotten a hard-core Splinter Cell addiction going on, just got Chaos Theory.

Terassk turns to Bakilas "We should check the shielding company, ask around there, see if they lost employees in the destruction, and, if there are survivors of the bombing from that company, we should check and ask a few questions,"

Keal 04-06-2005 10:24 PM

<font color=red>Keal overhears what Eciel says but ignores it, and keeps walking twards the speeder that took him from the hideout to the building he just left, hops in, and heads back to the hideout.

When he gets back he decides to take a little nap, but wakes up after about 2 minuets."No, I can't rest, I still need to find a good lead!" Keal says to himself as he gets back up and gets rid of the body armor."I shouldn't need a disguise for this,' he says again to his lonesome. He looks up any info he can on the Genaral, and heads out again.</font>

<font color="dodgerblue">Te'Oma chuckles for a while. And then looks up at the sky, running his hand behind his head, down the back of his tentecles. Then he looked straight into the eyes of the human. He spoke softly, with a strange friendliness that was almost, in a bizarre way, intimidating.

"Your head? I'm not in your head human. If anything, i'm in your body". Te'Oma chanced a slight smirk, but remained relitivley straight faced. "Just ask yourself which is worse. Now, excuse me, but I have better things to do than waste my time on a Xenephobe such as yourself." He walked past Eceil and glanced back for a parting comment. "If you ever decide to get your facts straight and learn how to be slightly sociable, I'm sure you can find me."

With this, the Nautolan walked off, still unaware of his destination, but most likely the nearest cantina he found, muttering something under his breath in his native tongue.</font>

Eceil watches the Nautolan walk off silently. It’s only after the creature takes the last step out of his eyesight that he grunts softly and turns back towards the heart of the building. Something in the alien reminded him of a crueler, dumber, version of the young Eceil. If that was the case, he knew this one had one hell of a ride coming up in the future.
“Poor kid.”
When the galaxy finally chews the Nautolan up and spits him out, Eceil wondered if there’d be anyone there to help him back on his feet. Their certainly hadn’t been one for Eceil, but he felt the kid didn’t deserve the same fate as he had experienced. Who knows, maybe it would be this old degenerate two bit gun slinger that would save his-
He shuts that thought of his mind instantly. There was no way Eceil would be alive in the decade or two when the crap finally hits the fan for this one. It wasn’t even worth thinking about it. Eceil had found his way, he would too.
With that matter closed to his mind, he checks his data pad for the others messages. Seeing the entries about shield generators and Bonthans, he sends a note out to the team.
“My interview with the Twi’lek didn’t get me much. He mentioned there were a few rooms off limits to the residence, though. He said they were security and generator rooms. None of that seems too suspicious, but we don’t have a lot of other leads going for us so I’ll get to work on that shielding company, too. Whoever brought the building down had to know the shield system. That could mean a lot of things, but I’d say they either stole the information from Krinth Shielding, had someone working at the company, or had someone in the shielding staff for the tower. I’ll join up with whoever is going to the company headquarters, we should see if we can find out who in the staff would have the know how to tamper with the towers shielding.”
Eceil turns back towards the door. Apparently he wouldn’t be getting his daily drinks in for a bit longer.
OCC: Should I just assume Eceil got his clearance card while back at base?

<font color=yellow>OOC: Yeah, JJ, I'd say that you got the clearance this time. ;)

Keal, General Larsek is on probation from the CDF right now, and has been missing for a while. He also has had a history of public disturbances on the same days as the terrorist incidents that occured after Ferraldy Tower collapsed.

Eciel finds that the Krinth Shielding Company has had many orders for tower-scale anti-collision grade shielding. The company's official opinion on the incident at Ferraldy tower is that, since the sheild generators were not quite online yet but had been well-advertised amongst the general populace, they were attacked before they could come online and prevent such a thing. As such, there was no way the employees of Krinth Shielding could have contributed to the loss. Additionally, all Krinth employees working at Ferraldy Tower on that day were killed, which has kept the CDF from investigating them to this point.

Bakilas and Terassk find that Krinth's headquaters is a third of the way around the planet, located in one of the city's skyhooks.

Te'Oma wanders out of the old Carracks Manufacturing Center, into the perpetual night of lower-level Coruscant, smelling the rank odor of overcrowding and filth and hearing the sounds of people of all types intermingled with the occaisional granite-slug slithering by along the walls overhead. People say they aren't dangerous, but to look at them, it can make a person wonder---they are two meters long and nearly 60 kilos.

You wander for a couple hours, and the light seems to almost disappear as the city's underbelly plunges into real darkness. You look up ahead, not quite remembering exactly where you are going, or which way you came. Suddenly, something seems to whisper to you, urgently, and then you feel the presence, rushing toward you with all the ill intent of 20 mercenaries. You pivot, only to see a monstrous Barabel, 2 meters tall and bristling with form-fitting armor as it closes the final 2 meters to you, claws outstretched.</font>
