wish i could breast feed, but i'm too highstrung for it and have no chance to relax. it's just not for me. the best thing i can think of is after my 6week check up getting up to take a walk whent he baby wakes for a feeding at 6 am. nathan can feed and i can exercise without my neighbors awake and watching.

Hey, if family comes over to help after a baby is born, they've got to realize that you're *not* going to be taking care of them. If you grunt good morning to them, no matter what time of day it is, they should feel happy about it. If they want to be taken care of, they need to come back at another time.
