Hey, nothing like that. I've just been up at the trak, putting in my experiance to younger runners, and training myself. Go figure.

Hi all again... this is proably my thrid or forth similar post today... at least on clouds cafe. lol. ah well. *yawn* lol, go home at 6:00 pm, then slept for 3 n a 1/2 hrs... lol, now I cant sleep, so I logged on to IW. sad really... I really should find another hooby ;) or not *grins*
