Cloudbringer sits on the roof of the auto repair shop watching as scrolls and car parts and penguins whisk by. Seeing the Mad Moderator, she wonders if he took his pills today and idly comes to the conclusion he may not have swallowed them when he said he did....so she adds a bit of water to make it easier.
