Isn't the college of scorcery in the middle of the city? We can't just walk in their with a group of surfacers!

GALADRIA(Returns to the throne room) "Hail, Wespe! Have you new counsel?
WESPE "Yes. Since you seemed doubtful, I have brought my spy, who was here all along, to speak with you. Perhaps she can convince you of her trustworthiness."
(A heavily hooded figure comes forth. She pulls back her hood, revealing a drow whose features are hideously scarred)
CHORANIA "Greetings, surfacer. I am Chorania, of no House any longer. My mother found out that, instead of my priestly duties, I had studied magic. This made her suspicious, causing her to order my mind probed. Knowing that I would fail, since I loathe Lolth, I ran to the college, to see an elderly mage that had once been my lover. I was just in time to see Drizzt Do'Urden kill the Faceless One. Drizzt fled, but I hid the body, assuming his identity. A spell I worked up to improve my appearance, I altered so that I should look and sound just like him. But, it is merely an illusion. See."

(a glow appears around her countenace and she changes into the lovely drow woman, seen once in the drow room of Vespe's palace)
CHORANIA "So you see, I am the ideal spy. I can look like anyone. I work for Lolth's overthrow. If by life or death I can aid you, so I will."
GALADRIA (Casts Know Alignment-Chaotic Good)
"Very well. If you have time, some back to my party. There are people there that I would have you know."

Why would she work for Lloths overthrow? Its more likely that she is a traitor or a spy. People that oppose the dark godess, usually don't live very long. And even if we do manage to enter the city, then what? Once someone is turned into a drider, no mortal can reverse that. Not to mention that the drider caves are outside the city!

A figure in a long black cloak with the hood pulled low over his face passes by, accidently bumping into Galadria and walks away with a smile on his face and her money in his hands.

GALADRIA "Velkin, we have a scroll from Helm himself that will reverse the drider process, once. Many, such as myself, oppose Lolth, and lived to see another day. Her propaganda is that she is all-powerful, but there are other powers that can oppose her.We were just going into the city to spy out the lay of the land. Do you have an alternate plan? Perhaps we should go directly to the caves, and not risk the city, do you think? Then, we should not have to depend on Chorania."
