hes back but the collar doesn't go of unless
the master orb is destroyt so
go find the master ORB and yes if NEB
put his hands on Master Orb He is
Close to dead but cant move a Week or 3

and the only way to derstroy master ORB is a
Magic you dont now , or the oven in Planar Prison
and am the only one who can sent you there

but if you get there you get a collar

Neb examines the Planar Prison and finds a flaw, he then takes his Rod of Negation and uses it to expand the flaw and weaken the magic, he then leaves through use of a simple Planar Travel spell which he uses to take him to the Prime Material Plane, completely ignoring Waveriders use of a "Super, Invincible and Undefeatable" spell which takes the fun out of fighting and the fact that Waverider somehow got into the ORT building which is pretty well defended with both magic and weapons, he then admires the smaller statue of Aerie which is only 200 feet tall which is made of sapphire which he had stuffed in his Bag of Holding and which Waverider had missed, he dosen't place this on the roof however, he places it in the Top Security section of the ORT HQ and releases the Guard Monsters from floor B3.

(Edit: Damn slow posting, Neb avoided the collar by not teleporting it along with him when he left.)
