In that space of about 10 minutes when I made my 'smiting' posts there didn't seem to be many folks around! Timezones I wouldn't wonder, but my ISP disconnected me a few minutes later, so it could have been that my 'refresh' wasn't working making it seem that no-one was posting...
Certainly seems busy enough now, and usually I can't keep up with all the new posts, given that I have to work (groan). Why won't my employer pay me to post here instead of working?

The problem is I work in a mortgage industry, and we redid our policy manual. We purchase mortgages from Brokers. But those loans have to fit the guidelines in our manuals. Well, they haven't had an agreement in writing as to what our guidelines are. The Policy Manual got stuck in Legal Dept. The offical word was they were working on the verbage for a couple of section. The policy was suppose to roll out 2-28-01. It is now 5-15-01 and it just went to printing this week. Methinks they tabled it in hopes we would fold under and go away. So ... hopefully in a couple weeks it will pick up. This explains most of my posting during my day. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
